1. Agreement
By accessing OptionFlowTracker or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
OptionFlowTracker is an email newsletter and research service providing options-flow analysis, market analysis, and stock research, plus free educational content. Delivery and subscriptions are managed through our newsletter platform (beehiiv).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Free tier: a free weekly newsletter, no charge. Premium: $30/month or $300/year, billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@optionflowtracker.com within 30 days of your initial paid purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
6. No financial advice
Our Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms. Content is educational only and not advice.
7. Acceptable use
Content is for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share paid content without our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
All content is owned by OptionFlowTracker. A subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OptionFlowTracker operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
